1. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, contact:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• All returns must be approved before sending any item back

• Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

• All approved returns must be sent to our designated UK warehouse address.

• The return address will be provided once the return request is approved.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely using a trackable shipping service.

• Once a return request is approved, the customer must ship the item within 7 calendar days of receiving the return instructions and provide valid tracking information.

• If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return authorization will automatically expire and the return will no longer be eligible for acceptance or refund.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or defective product

• Size received is different from what was ordered

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Dislike of product after delivery

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

All products are made according to the size chart available on the website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.
If the delivered item matches the size selected at checkout, the return will not be accepted.

5. Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

To request a return or exchange, customers must provide:

• Clear images and/or video of the product

• Evidence of the issue reported

• Photos of packaging if applicable

Issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide proof within this timeframe may result in rejection of the request.

6. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If requested by the customer, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the final refund amount.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item received or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

• The item shows signs of use

• Tags or packaging are missing

• The condition does not meet our return requirements

8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: up to 5 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Please note: Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

9. Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The original item must be returned in accordance with our return policy

• The customer is responsible for:

• Returning the original item

• Paying the shipping cost for the replacement item

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

10. Important Notes

• Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted

• Returns without prior approval will be rejected

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions

Many of our products are custom-made recreations inspired by celebrity, artist, movie, and streetwear fashion styles. We clearly mention on the product pages that these items are recreated/inspired versions and are not sold as official branded merchandise products.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the product description and nature of the item as displayed on the website.
Therefore, refund or return requests based on claims such as “not official merchandise” will not be accepted, as this information is already disclosed prior to purchase.
