We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS services according to the delivery zone. Our orders are normally received within 12 to 15 business days. In case you do not receive the order within the given timeline, please write us to hello@avidronjacket.com.com

NOTE: Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours if it has not been shipped. If your order has been dispatched, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

Return & Exchange

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@avidronjacket.com.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

• Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size received is different from what was ordered

• We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

• All returned items must be unused, unworn, and include the original tags and packaging.

• Any issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof.

• NOTE: All returns must receive prior approval before being shipped. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

• All approved returns must be sent to our designated UK warehouse address, which will be shared once the return request has been approved.
