Return & Exchange

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@avidronjacket.com.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

• Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size received is different from what was ordered

• We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

• All returned items must be unused, unworn, and include the original tags and packaging.

• Any issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof.

• NOTE: All returns must receive prior approval before being shipped. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

• All approved returns must be sent to our designated UK warehouse address, which will be shared once the return request has been approved.
